This video is intended to inform about the services offered by HeadStart (a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services program that helps low-income children and families). The screenplay, provided by the agency, tells the story of 3 different families who overcame their difficulties thanks to Head Start.
I was asked to make a video with a clean and elegant style, but capable of conveying emotion and personal experience. I drew the characters with a very essential and somewhat dreamy background. Then I illustrated the storyboard focusing on smooth transitions and finally made the animation.
